Title: Cooking Lite- Grilled Salmon with Nectarine-Red Onion Rel

Yield: 4 Servings

2 1/2cCoarsely chopped nectarines
  About 3 medium
1cCoarsely chopped red bell
  Pepper
1cCoarsely chopped red onion
1/4cThinly sliced fresh basil
1/4cWhite wine vinegar
1/2tsGrated orange rind
1/4cFresh orange juice
2tbMinced seeded jalapeno
  Pepper
2tbFresh lime juice
2tsSugar
2 Garlic cloves -- minced
1/4tsSalt -- divided
1/2tsFreshly ground pepper
4 Salmon fillets
6ozEach
  Cooking spray

1. Combine first 11 ingredients and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl, and stir well. Let nectarine mixture stand 2 hours. 2. Sprinkle pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt over salmon fillets. Prepare grill. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray,
